A techno-functional data leader with 13+ years of enterprise FMCG experience. I've architected and delivered some of the largest data programmes in the consumer goods industry.
Most recently, I served as Interim Director of MDM at Danone, designing the enterprise-wide digital strategy and global operating model for the 'Voyager' MDM transformation — partnering directly with the D&A / IT&D Board.
Before founding Golden Record, I was Director of Master Data Management at BMI Group, reporting to the Group CIO and sitting on the steering committee for the £250m S/4HANA global template programme alongside Executive Leadership and country MDs. I led an Agile organisation of 60+, governed 80+ data objects across 150 business units, and delivered £2m in cost reductions through a Data Centre of Excellence in Vilnius.
My career began at Reckitt — nine years culminating in the role of Global Data Owner for Supplier within Corporate Finance. There I authored governance policies aligned to Reckitt's Risk & Controls Matrix, embedded across 60+ markets, and concurrently led an 8-developer Agile squad on Microsoft Cloud (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure) — digitising control workflows and automating manual operations. Earlier in the same Reckitt tenure I led the master-data workstream for the EU REACH compliance programme: 9 months, 64 tollgates, 43 factories, 500,000+ errors corrected.
BSc Physics, King's College London. I have completed the Oxford Saïd AI Programme (faculty including Michael Wooldridge, Matthias Holweg, Min Chen, Natalia Efremova) and am finishing Imperial College's Data Strategy for Leaders programme in 2026. The work directly informs Golden Record's data-first approach to enterprise AI.
